A CHARTER ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE CITY OF INMAN, MCPHERSON COUNTY, KANSAS FROM THE PROVISION OF K.S.A.· 75-1117, 75-1120 75-1122.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY .OF THE CITY OF IN~1AN, KANSAS:

Section 1. The City of Inman, a City of the third class, by the power invested in it by Article 12, Section 5, of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby elects to exempt itself from and make inapplicable to it the provisions of K.S.A. 75-117, 75-1120 and 75-1122.
