A CHARTER ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE LIBRARY OF THE CITY OF INMAN, KANSAS, FROM K.S.A. 79-5001 to 79-5018, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF INMAN, KANSAS:

Section 1. The City of Inman, Kansas, by the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby elects the City Library from and make inapplicable to it K.S.A. 79-5001 to 79-5018, inclusive, as amended, which provisions are generally known as the “Aggregate Tax Levy Limitations” law.
